Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times

Until an order has shipped from https://medrosspharmaceuticals.com, a User may cancel it in its entirety or in part.
The User will be able to monitor the delivery status of the Products after placing an order on the Platform and receiving a unique tracking identification number from https://medrosspharmaceuticals.com once the Product(s) have been transferred to its Logistic Partner. Manufacturer guarantees are entirely the responsibility of the manufacturer who should be contacted by the client.
Specific condition- The order must amount to a minimum of Rs. 160, which includes all applicable taxes, with no additional shipping fees. Furthermore, it is subject to the jurisdiction of HImanchal Pradesh.
1. Returns
